This business journey began in 1998 with the purchase of my first home. After the closing I felt like there was something missing as if I had been cheated somehow. I then became a licensed real estate agent to negotiate for myself and eliminating the "just got played" feeling. As referrals steadied income grew partnerships were fomed and so did the money we had to pay out to service our customers. Instead of charging transaction fees buyer premiums and extras before and after a deal, I became a licensed real estate broker in 2006. Fast forward to 2018 now the City of Detroit has amended its rental property code. The protection of our children and how they are protected should have been amended a long time ago. In order to ensure that the investments we have helped many others purchase are in compliance, now was the time to become a Lead Paint/Risk Assessor. In order to get the inspections done within the allotted time frame before fines and penalties make the investments a moneypit. As time and laws change so do we!
Certified in the State of Michigan to conduct Lead Paint Inspections Risk Assessments Lead Clearances dust and soil sampling. We help property owners comply with City of Detroit Property Maintenance Code. We use XRF for accuracy and HUD guidelines. Pricing for services begins at $200. Multi unit/Property discount and flat rates offered.
Designations with Accredited Buyer Representative Seller Representative Specialist HUD registered. Buying selling managing investment homes and properties. Member of Realtor since 2000.
